where do we begin?
The start of our journey together will be more of me listening and you talking. I want to learn about your health history, the challenges you face, and what your wellness goals include. I want to create a safe space for authentic, judgement-free communication, offering my unconditional presence.
My first priority is always to tackle your beliefs surrounding nutrition. Everyday you are creating the next version of yourself with the foods you put in your body. Proper nutrition is the key to unlocking the power of using food as medicine and simplifying the complexity of choice by eating the foods that love you back.
Where we go next…
You are not linear. We are all fluid beings that change and fluctuate based on many individual factors. Achieving overall wellness requires that we address multiple areas of life, starting with our thoughts and perceptions of the world around us and then working out from there. We will go beyond nutrition to address the essential pillars of mind/body balance.
