what is integrative nutrition?

The word integrative gets thrown around a lot these days. I define integrative health as the “integration” of all aspects of life when approaching self-care. This includes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It looks beyond the symptoms and addresses the root cause. The mind is deeply intertwined with the functions of the body which makes true healing achievable when approached holistically. There is no one size fits all in this process.

what will you do as my health coach?

I consider myself a Nutrition Therapist. My objective is to support you in finding sustainable ways to shift thought patterns in order to achieve your personal health goals. I will empower you to choose actionable changes that work for your life, all while helping you create behaviors that enhance your overall wellness. I will also bridge the gap between you and your other health professionals, focusing on helping you create a holistic relationship between your body and lifestyle choices. I am committed to being a valuable member of your health team!

what aspects of my life can i address with you?

We will focus on a lot of awareness work. Other subjects such as: nutrition, eating habits, physical activity & exercise, sleep, stress, weight management, chronic symptoms, emotional practices, trauma, hormone health, circadian cycles, and psychological alignment are all areas that we can address. We will work together to balance these factors. Ultimately, it is your choice as to what you want to focus on to improve your well-being.

how many sessions will i need?

My programs are based on 12 overall sessions however you are free to extend or customize the duration of time that we work together. Sessions over a 3 or 6 month period are the most beneficial to achieving your goals on your journey to wellness.

I am looking for highly motivated individuals who are truly ready to do the inner work. I offer compassion and understanding while also encouraging a no-nonsense, disciplined mindset. I want to lead you to confidently advocate for your own health so that you can experience true freedom from the bondage of food addiction, toxic thoughts and chronic conditions.

Do you offer Meal preparation & Delivery?

As a new service, I am now offering meal preparation and delivery for local families/individuals only. We will work together to create a menu that meets your food preferences and also supports your health goals. I have been involved in the food space for over 9 years and under the tutelage of a professionally trained chef. I am no stranger to the kitchen and have been developing a passion for cooking and sourdough bread baking since young adulthood. I thoroughly enjoy blending my nutrition education, my creativity, and my love for preparing nutrient dense meals that are also flavorful and nourishing.
